Innovation Spaces are designed to host group meetings. A 1/2 day reservation allows you to use the room for up to 4 hours. ROOM AMENITIES - 2 Projectors & screens (large & medium size) - Standard HDMI Cable - Chromecast (for wireless presenting) - Whole-room audio system w/ 2 wireless microphones; computer inputs - Presentation podium - Up to 16 3'x6' rectangular tables (wheeled for easy room adjustment) - Up to 32 cushioned chairs (wheeled for easy room adjustment) - Up to 40 additional non-cushioned chairs available upon request - Standard configuration is board room, you are welcome to adjust during the meeting - Extension cords for easy charging - Kitchenette with mini-fridge, sink, and 2 Keurig coffee makers
