Innovation Spaces are designed to host group meetings. A full day reservation allows you to use the room for up to 8 hours. All meeting space rentals include everything you need to conduct a successful meeting, including a fast WiFi connection, the ability to select your own catering, free on-street parking, a large whiteboard with markers, and use of the common areas for informal breakout sessions. **NOTE: this room can not be booked further than 4 weeks in advance, except by special request.** ROOM AMENITIES - 2 Projectors & screens (large & medium size) - Standard HDMI Cable - Chromecast (for wireless presenting) - Whole-room audio system w/ 2 wireless microphones; computer inputs - Presentation podium - Up to 16 3'x6' rectangular tables (wheeled for easy room adjustment) - Up to 32 cushioned chairs (wheeled for easy room adjustment) - Up to 40 additional non-cushioned chairs available upon request - Standard configuration is board room, you are welcome to adjust during the meeting - Extension cords for easy charging - Kitchenette with mini-fridge, sink, and 2 Keurig coffee makers ADD-ON AMENITIES The following add-on options can streamline and customize your meeting. You'll have the opportunity to add these to your meeting after you complete your booking. - Team Building: Fun, hands-on activities designed to energize your meeting and help your team think differently. We can facilitate a session or provide a kit. - Facilitator Kit: Poster pads, easels, post-it notes, markers - all the tools you need for innovation. We can have this kit ready and waiting for you on meeting day. - Innovation Works: Leverage innovation to create value. But do it in a way that's fun, builds momentum, and promotes teamwork.
